This is the tallest tower in Amegakure and is the base of operations for the Amekages. It has four humanoid faces at each side and is connected to two smaller towers. The tongue of the face, looking out over the city has Rinnegan-like eye patterns and is depicted with a pipe and has piercings, with its tongue stuck out. There is a no-fly zone area within effect around the tower within a fifty meter radius. Those who would fly within this zone is subject to being grounded or struck down by the ANBU.
The tower facilitates various uses with each level. Access to higher levels require a higher rank, unless certain permissions are granted.
Top Level[]
Access: ANBU Captain and above.
The highest level serves as the living quarters of the highest ranking officials of the village. Most notably, the Amekage and the Daimyō. Some council members may choose to reside within this level, if it suits them. This is considered to be the most heavily-guarded area within the entire village, with adequite measures being taken to keep it so.
