I would like to request to add myself to the Hiraishin no Jutsu (Flying Thunder God Technique) on the basis that 1:) I, for a short time, owned TomiUematsu. We traded for a one-month membership to Runescape. He then bought the account back. 2:) When he bought the account back, we became friends and he tought me how to use Hiraishin. My username is Gecide on SL.
To be frank with you, I believe that the Flying Thunder God Technique should only be taught to a Roleplayer who knows this technique whilst he or her is still alive on the RP World of Shinobi Legends (If Konvict aka Tomi was still alive by the time he "taught" you the Flying Thunder God Technique seeing as he got killed by Bocchiere).
Otherwise, I would say no because the Flying Thunder God Technique has gotten out of hands the recently and I've noticed how lots of people are claiming the technique, some who are not even RPing at all even.
So, more or less, what you're saying is that if Tomi were still alive, I would have use of this technique. However, since he was killed by Bocc, I do not, even though Tomi taught me the technique when he were still alive.
And as far as it getting out of hand, that's why I'm officially applying for it. So I can say that I am legit in using it, and direct other players to the Claimed page as well so they can try and make their claim of it. -Gecide

Concerning the summonings, my character is a missing nin, how do you think a Kage would give a contract to her. If I am wrong about it, what steps need to be followed ?
You will need to get that name of yours on the Snake Summoning Contract...somehow. Kayenta holds it, so you're (fairly obviously) going to need to find *some* method in convincing her to let you sign it. If she however, will not permit it, then either snag it off her person forcibly (depending on whether or not you're up to the task of challenging the entire village of Sunagakure just to do that), or resign yourself to the fact that you're going to need to do something about that status of yours before becoming even mildly suitable enough (in Kayenta's eyes) to sign it.
I would like to bring up another question that's a bit off this current topic. But how is it that this character has the Sharingan, Mangekyou Sharingan, Rinnegan, Byakugan, Sage Mode, Dark Release, Rasengan and the Chimera Technique? (The vary last is already claimed by another person.)
Is this person even on Shinobi Legends at all? And if so, what is their in-character/login name?
While adding "Blaze Release: Yasaka Magatama" to the wiki, I came across a minor issue. Apparently, when I attempted to add the .svg which indicated that it is a technique requiring the Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan, it failed to show up correctly. Any others seem to work on it such as the Blaze Release .svg itself, though.

You can get started here. Of course, you'd need to start from scratch, meaning that upon creating a character there, you'd be with zero kekkei genkai's whatsoever.
Given time and definite progress, you could very well become a legend.
For use on Shinobi Legends. For actual characters in Shinobi Legends. For characters with the resets, and the means to fortify their claims on possessing particular abilities and classifications.
This is not a site that accomodates blatant irrationality (in the Naruverse).
I want Crystal Cloudburst's claim away from the Claimed List for one: He has removed the current owners of the Rikudō Sennin's ancient items and has claimed them for himself illegally and for two: He is quite frequently claiming elemental techniques. And this isn't the first time he has been doing this.
Get him either banned or remove everything he has claimed. That's what I have to say.
For fairness' sake, NarutoUzumaki went inactive before I created a rule dictating how many days a character making claims can be inactive for, however I'll let you dispute this with the one responsible of the changes to your heart's content; I'll however have no further participation in that.

He can't get on to do the forgotten password. There is no way to activate the account. It's fate is no different than someone who willingly quit. It will get deleted because it hits the given amount of days.
I was going to do something that Tsuyo had done with Bocchiere in Iwa, but in this case scrolls that I find or, I was going to have Naruto give them to me.

He's had them claimed for awhile, near the bottom of this bio page. Nathan Stamper is aware of this.
As for Hirashin, since he gave me permission to use his characters, I plan on having him relinquish the technique completely to give it to Shinko.

As for Hiraishin, it's a technique. He cannot simply give you knowledge of it through OOC-content, lest he were to teach it to you IC'ly, or have been the sole user of it; however he isn't the sole user of it.

There is a thread here pertaining to Hazama's alt (or w/e the hell it is) learning Hiraishin. Either participate in it or indirectly accept whatever verdict arises from it.
It's permitted, however it is best that you keep in mind that the existing canon villages (and their members) are in no way obligated to acknowledge them (I for one, do not (as an example)).
Okay. So I can create a Village without saying "They are allies with the Leaf and Such," But Can I refer them like, "The Village is located South of Suna" ?
So I want to create a page for Suna that'll serve as a mission HQ of a sort that'll be formatted the same way as The Claimed (headers, footers, the chart look, etc). I was wondering how I would do this. As you can see from my fail template page "MissionHQHeader" I'm clearly missing the step I need to turn that into a template xD.
I know it's more work, but would you mind telling me how I can create my own templates to use on the Suna mission hq page? Either that, or could you be so kind as to make the header/footer templates for me really quickly? I'll give you some tips (for the benefit of your own self-discovery):
There are 3 templates in total you'll need to use: A header (which you already have; to create a template, you'll need 'Template:' before the actual template's name in your URL bar), a body and a footer. Observe the table sources in The Claimed and compare similarities between two and/or more.
As for changing the color, check up where the template's hex color is, what it is, and what color exactly it 'defines'. You'll more or less need to drag up a compilation of hex colors (via Google) to find a color more suited to your village.
