Storm Release: Laser Arrow Prison is a technique using the Storm Release Kekkei Genkai.
The user first performs the necessary seals, and creates a bow of Ranton chakra (Laser Arrows Technique) but rather than firing the arrows normally, they have a chakra slipstream, and are meant to circle around the opponent, making a 'cage' of sorts, which will slowly get closer as the arrows make tighter turns.Of course, this technique can also be used to make a literal cage or just attack as well.
