Description: The user slams their hand into the ground after performing the required handseals. Instantly, five thick chains 4 meters in length shoot out of the ground (can appear anywhere the user can see...within reason) and attempt to bind the enemy. Where the chains bind is totally up to the user. These chains are easily susceptible to ninjutsu attacks, as they are more for restraining someone physically. This jutsu is adjustable to its duration, length and thickness as well as number of chains depending upon the amount of chakra expended by the user.
