Shinkō initiates this technique by forming the four needed kata, which 'prints' a kanji that stands for steal on the user's palm of choice.
Usage[]
To use this technique Shinkō needs contact with the intended target, whether it is directly with skin or through clothing and armor. The kanji gives off a 'pulling' effect that allows the seal to make an invisible connection with the user's own chakra network. This technique drains large amounts of chakra to use, limiting to one use, even two if Shinkō's chakra pool is practically full.
Ability[]
This technique is used to connect the seal on Shinkō's palm with the target's chakra system. Afterwards a 'link' is established, releasing the contact with the target shows a 'colored' connection between the seal and the person, this being the 'link'. The color of the link depends on the targets chakra system, 'ripping' out the chakra within the person's system leaving them in a near death status. After the chakra is removed from the target there are several things that could soon follow. The seal can simple stay upon the palm of the user for later use; the seal can be imprinted within a seal or on another substance; the chakra can be taken within Shinkō's body or placed within another person's own body, being used to replenish their chakra.
