Tau will use it regardless of whether it is on the wiki since he claimed the legit version while you were fixing your claim, I don't really care if it is on the wiki or not.
1. You didn't claim it; you simply tacked his name on it. The additional description wasn't added until recently.
2. Also the rules say dead people can't make claims .___.
Dead people (/Zombies) should only be capable of using techniques they were capable of using while they were still alive. There really is no logical method for them to learn a technique (or have knowledge of it at that) that's been introduced while they've been deceased.
Other then the fact that Taumaster's personality is not bound in anyway, making him just a guy with infinite chakra and immortality. I'm claiming my own version with him, Rakudo can keep using his round worms.
Rule number two should still apply regardless since that character is deceased.
I recall Yumei, you yourself saying claims cannot be made if that particular character happens to be deceased, zombie or not.
Deceased characters are prohibited from making claims.
I believe that's been stressed enough.
Deceased: no longer living; dead. Except he is alive now, hence reincarnation, why is Edo Tensei special? I'm pretty sure if you revived someone with Samsara of Heavenly Life you would not say "No they're deceased." >> Again, I've also stressed he's going to use it regardless of whether it is on the wiki or not. I could make it an order for him to perform the tasks required to do the jutsu. I don't really care
Precisely right.
